Returns Policy – Light Tube Containers
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following returns policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Business Customers (B2B)
If you’re buying on behalf of a business, please note the following:
- We do not offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
- Any claims for damages or shortages must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
- If an item arrives damaged, we will arrange a replacement or refund once we have received evidence (e.g. photos) and verified the issue.
- All returns must be authorised by us in advance. Unauthorised returns may be rejected.
- If a return is agreed, the item must be returned unused, in its original packaging.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
We take care to ensure all items are checked and packaged securely before dispatch. If your container arrives damaged or faulty:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email sales@ppr.co.uk with photos of the issue and your order number.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you once verified.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Used or opened containers
- Customised or bespoke orders
