Last night saw the finals of the 2011 Bedfordshire Rising Stars Business Awards. Hosted by Ray Stubbs at The Park Inn, Bedford, the awards showcased businesses in our home county of Bedfordshire.
Pure Planet Recycling entered the Green Business category, and made it through to the finals, amongst strong competition. Both directors, Paul Turbutt and Phil Gibbs (pictured to the right), were in attendance for the awards and are delighted to announce that Pure Planet Recycling were the winners of Green Business 2011.
Paul commented after collecting the award:
"We were delighted to win the award and be recognised for the green work of the business. We would like to take this time to thank our staff for their continued hard work in making Pure Planet Recycling one of the leading WEEE recycling collection companies in England. We also would like to thank our customers, for their continued support of Pure Planet Recycling, and hope to help more businesses in the future."
Well done to all the finalists at the awards last night and we will hopefully see you there again next year.
