Firstly, we hope that you and your families are well. We took the decision to temporarily close our operations on 25th March 2020 to protect staff customers and the wider community as a whole. However, we are now pleased to announce that we are operational again. Thank you to the key workers and NHS staff that have worked tirelessly over the last few months to keep us safe.
Our collections have resumed with our “no contact” option. Simply direct us to the equipment, either in person at a distance or over the phone. We will then safely load the items and be on our way. Once back at our premises the load will be sorted, paperwork will be completed, scanned and emailed over for you to sign. This temporary change regarding paperwork is to ensure social distancing when collecting. It is supported by the guidance from the Environment Agency, which you can read here.
All staff have been provided with relevant PPE for their collections. This includes masks, gloves, alcohol cleansing gel and wipes. We have also reviewed our risk assessments, method statements and working procedures to include minimising the transmission of Covid-19 in all areas of the business.
Thank you to all our customers that have waited for our return to dispose of their waste. We look forward to continuing to provide our services again.
Please feel free to call us on 01234 315496 if you need anything.
