Firstly, we hope that you and your families are well.
In light of the current Covid-19 pandemic, we are offering a “zero contact” service offering. Simply direct us to the equipment, either in person at a distance or over the phone. We will then safely load the items and be on our way. Once back at our premises the load will be sorted, paperwork will be completed, scanned and emailed over for you to sign. This temporary change regarding paperwork is to ensure social distancing when collecting. It is supported by the guidance from the Environment Agency, which you can read here.
All staff are provided with the relevant PPE for their collections. This includes..
- Face masks
- Gloves
- Alcohol cleansing gel
- Antibacterial wipes
We have reviewed all our risk assessments, method statements and working procedures to include minimising the transmission of Covid-19 in all areas of the business.
